Her current fee schedule is as follows;
90 min first office call $300.00
60 min follow up appt is $200.00
30 min follow up appt $100.00
60 min counseling appt is $175.00
60 min Craniosacral therapy appt is $200.00. ($185/treatment for package of 6 treatments.)
I accept the following insurance: Regence, Premera Blue Cross, United Healthcare, First Choice Health, Humana, Aetna, Lifewise, Cigna, Apple Care/Medicaid (Coordinated Care), some Medicare Advantage Plans
I am not credentialed with Kaiser and I do not accept Medicare Supplemental Plans.
